Solution 2:
Cause: DNS resolution issues.
Three methods:
1. Remove 'www.' from the URL.
2. Remove the 's' after 'lanzous' and follow the steps. (The latest Lanzou links seem to use lanzoui.com, so you can also change 's' to 'i'.)
3. Change 'www' to 'pan' (or any other letters/numbers; I personally use http://1.lanous.com).
