Software Blocker v2.10.0.0 lets you block admin authorization for specific programs without running in the background. With one click, you can prevent common Chinese bloatware (e.g., 360, 2345) from gaining administrative privileges.
The tool is portable and requires no installation. It works by blacklisting the digital certificates of unwanted software. After blocking, if you try to install a 360 product, Windows will immediately show "application blocked."
You can check the blocked certificates by running certmgr.msc and looking under the "Untrusted Certificates" folder.
