Although the CIZ (vaccination center) at Tempelhof will close at the end of this year, Berliners can now get vaccinated spontaneously at the Tegel, Messe, and Erika-Heß-Eisstadion vaccination centers. Starting Friday, July 23, 2021, you can get vaccinated without an appointment between 2 PM and 5 PM, seven days a week. The Moderna vaccine will be administered. This spontaneous vaccination offer is initially available for the next four weeks.
Martin Matz, State Secretary of the Health Department: "Berlin's flexible and creative vaccination campaign continues. Spontaneous vaccinations are now also possible at the vaccination centers. We invite Berliners to take advantage of this flexible offer with the Moderna vaccine. The successful vaccination campaign will be strengthened by another important component."
The CIZ Tempelhof was opened as the sixth vaccination center in the state of Berlin on March 8, 2021, on the site of the former Tempelhof Airport. A total of approximately 175,000 vaccinations were administered there.
In the coming weeks until the end of summer, the five vaccination centers in Berlin will enable approximately 540,000 additional vaccinations. Together with vaccinations in doctors' practices and company doctors, this makes it possible to offer short-term vaccination appointments to all Berliners.
Of course, appointments can still be booked online and via the hotline, and currently, the waiting time for a first vaccination appointment is only one to three days.
Update June 30, 2021:

According to a message from the Berlin Senate, from May 17, everyone can get vaccinated at their family doctor.
Below is a list of doctors I found that offer appointments. Doctors not providing mRNA vaccines are excluded.
Doctolib is no longer recommended; it's hard to find suitable doctors, and most are not accepting appointments.
Currently, Jameda offers a dedicated vaccination page. You can try your luck there. I saw that AstraZeneca vaccines are available for direct booking at many doctors.
