WeChat2RSS is a service developed and self-used by @tmr. It has been running stably for several months and now includes 485 security/development-related WeChat Official Accounts. You can use it directly and subscribe immediately. The author of Appinn even submitted their own account to the list.

This tool converts WeChat Official Accounts into RSS feeds. It’s currently in a self-use state, has been running for about 2 months, and is quite stable. Some security/development-related accounts are publicly available.
You are welcome to recommend accounts. You can submit issues on GitHub (please read the instructions first), and they will be added after review.
