To transfer your NetEase Cloud Music (Wangyi Yinyue) playlists to Apple Music, you only need two free web tools and a few minutes. Here's the exact workflow I used.
1. Get the Playlist ID
First, find the playlist ID from NetEase Music. You can use the website n2s to convert playlists from NetEase or QQ Music to Apple Music, YouTube Music, or Spotify.
- NetEase Music playlist: You can enter the playlist URL and it will auto-detect the ID. For example:
https://music.163.com/#/playlist?id=6819106603
The playlist ID is 6819106603.
- QQ Music playlist: Only supports entering the playlist ID directly. For example:
https://y.qq.com/n/yqq/playlist/7382629476.html
The playlist ID is 7382629476.
Important note for NetEase Music: The web version no longer exposes the playlist ID directly. The workaround is to share the playlist from the mobile app. Copy the share link, which looks like this:
Share XXX's playlist "XXX's Favorite Music" https://y.music.163.com/m/playlist?app_version=8.5.20&id=109719530&userid=XXX (@NetEase Cloud Music)
The number after id= (here 109719530) is the actual playlist ID you need.
Enter this ID on the n2s website, click "Search", and it will display all songs in the playlist. Then click "Copy" to copy the song list.
2. Transfer to Apple Music (or YouTube Music / Spotify)
- Go to TuneMyMusic
- Step 1: Select source as
From Text - Step 2: Paste the copied song list into the text box
- Step 3: Choose
Apple Music(or YouTube Music / Spotify) as the destination - Step 4: Click "Start Moving"
That's it! Your songs will be transferred to your chosen music service.
PS: TuneMyMusic only allows one free transfer per browser session. If you have multiple playlists to convert, switch browsers, use a different IP, or open an incognito/private window for each transfer.
Thanks to the developer @yyrcd for creating the n2s tool — it saves a ton of manual work.
